FREE PUBLIC PARKING
Free short-term public parking is available in over 100 spaces for 2-hour periods or via permit in designated spaces on the lower level of the garage. Use the middle lane of the lower/left entrance to access public parking levels. Time limits are strictly enforced; violations are subject to a $20 ticket.
24-Hr. PARKING PASS
Parking permits are offered to the general public for $5.00 for 24 hours of parking. Permits are available for purchase at the City Clerk’s Office. These permits are valid only in the public parking area located on the lower ramp and level of the Winooski Parking Garage. These permits allow the user to park in any space; other than VSAC only; ignoring the posted time restriction for the duration of the permit. All issued permits must be displayed on the dashboard when the vehicle is parked. The Winooski Police Department and Code Enforcement Officers are notified when permits are issued. Permits can be requested in advance. Time limits are strictly enforced; violations are subject to a $20 ticket.
